William Edward Guillette
December 18, 1939 - May 18, 2026

It's with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of William, surrounded by family, on Monday May 18, 2026. He leaves behind his partner of many years, Nancy Stone, daughter Karen, son William Jr. and wife Darlene, grandchildren Alyssa, Marshall and Zakery. He also leaves behind his stepchildren, Jeff (Jackie), Kelly (Tom), and step grandchildren, Rebecca (Daniel) and Travis (Shana). Also, Uncle to Catherine Hawkins, Virginia Kinzie, John Weaver and Dennis Weaver.
He was steadfast, smart and had answers to all my questions. He was a person I trust more than anyone. I can't imagine this world without my dad in it.

His love for our extended family was steadfast from 1979. He wasn't perfect. He was sharp, called things like he saw them, quiet, thought-provoking, kind, patient and an awesome teacher, boss and father.

A thank-you to the nurses at WRHN Midtown ICU-A, Carlyn, Amy, Joanne and Kezia. Cremation has taken place, and there will be no funeral or service as per his request. Donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
