COOK, Roy W.-Peacefully in his sleep after a short illness at the Stratford General Hospital on Tuesday, April 4, 2017, Roy Cook of Gadshill in his 92nd year. Roy will be sadly missed by his brother John Cook (Hazel), his nieces and nephews; Earl Cook, Marg Sonier, Randy Cook, Carol Cook-Dawson, Shelly Cook and their families as well as his close friend Shirley Dyet. Predeceased by his parents David Cook and Annie Foerster and his brother Norman Cook (the late Violet). Roy was a retired employee of Uniroyal in Kitchener and Tiger Brand in Cambridge. Special thanks to Robert Kraehling and the nursing staff at Stratford General Hospital for your care and kindness. Cremation to take place and a family graveside service will be held at St. James Cemetery, Gadshill. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Kitchener-Waterloo Humane Society would be appreciated.
