Obituary

KROPF, Ronald "Hub"- Passed away suddenly at Miller Lake on Saturday, September 16, 2023. Beloved husband of Brenda (nee Yungblut). Loving father of Daryl and Corey both at home. He will be sadly missed by his sister Berenice Herrfort (Walt Krupnik), stepbrother Wilson Cook (Joyce), stepsister Irene Jutzi, stepbrother David Scheifele (Carolyn). Predeceased by his parents Clayton and Clara (nee Bast) Kropf, stepmother Vera Cook (nee Yost, Cook, Kropf), stepfather Walton Scheifele, sisters Kelsey (John Kuepfer), Shirley (Pat Hergott) and brothers Art Kropf (Teri), Bruce Kropf, brothers-in law Allan Herrfort and Robert Jutzi. Lovingly remembered by the Yungblut family as well as many nieces and nephews. Hub loved spending time at the trailer at Miller Lake and fishing. He was a former employee of Maple Lane Dairy, Kitchener and worked as a custodian at Lincoln Tower until his retirement. In retirement, he worked part-time at Wagler Maple Products and will be missed by their dog Bella. Friends may visit with the family at St. Marks Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1123 Henry Street, Wellesley, on Saturday, October 14, 2023, from 1:30 p.m. till time of memorial service in the church at 2:30 p.m. Pastor David Hammer officiating.
