HOBDEN, Robert W. "Bob"-Suddenly at the Listowel Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, Bob of Millbank at the age of 61 years. Beloved husband of Diane (nee Greenaway). Loving father of Victoria, Alyssa, and Rachel (Brandon King). Dear grandpa of Lexi, Adeline, and Kody. He will be sadly missed by his mother-in law Grace Greenaway, brothers-in law and sisters-in laws; Scott Greenaway, Dawna and Keith VanSoelen, John and Virgina Greenaway, Joy Greenaway as well as his nieces and nephews; River and Megan, Kennisis, and Nahanni and Seth. Predeceased by his parents Robert and Gloria Hobden and his father-in law Herbert Greenaway. Bob operated a small engine repair company "Hobden Small Engines" in Kitchener for 31 years. After retiring, he enjoyed raising chickens and ducks, boating and was a car enthusiast. Friends may visit with the family at Wallenstein Bible Chapel, 4522 Herrgott Road, Wallenstein, on Sunday from 4-6 p.m. & 7-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the church on Monday, April 15, 2024, at 11 a.m. Interment at Riverdale Cemetery, Millbank. Conestoga Bible Camp has had a major influence on our family, and it is our wish that any donations in memory of Bob be given to the Conestoga Bible Camp for subsidizing children.
