Vollmer, Nancy Joanne (Gollinger)-The family is deeply saddened to announce her passing on Thursday, October 11, 2018 at the age of 77. Nancy was born on June 14, 1941 in Kitchener. She was the loving wife of Bernard Vollmer for 59 years residing in Waterloo, farming outside of Hesson and most recently living in Lisbon. Nancy is survived by her children Cathy (Floyd Ashley), Terry (Tracy), Tom (Lori), Karry (Todd Stark), Kelly(Bill Tovell) and Tim (Sarah). She loved her grandchildren Josh Ashley, Catey (Joe Fischer), Nathan Ashley (Tammy), Caleb Ashley, Adam Vollmer (Lesley), Jason Vollmer (Andrea), Billy Joe Vollmer (Matt Semple), Ben Vollmer, Jen Luckhardt (Paul Israel), Dan Kramp (Erin), Kyle May (Ashley), Emily Stark (Kyle), Jacob Stark, Michelle Hanson, Danielle Wilson (Shayne), Samantha Hanson, Quintin, Ryleigh, Parker and Owen Vollmer. Great Grandma will be fondly remembered by Jaxson, Hudson, Paisley, Autumn, Tristan, Kaylen, Sky, Cameron, Addison, Amy, Blake, Sienna, Sebastian, Payton, Lilly, Elixis, Ethan, Mason, and Carl. Survived by siblings Yvonne Kitchen (Harvey), Bob Gollinger (Ann), Frank Gollinger, John Gollinger (Marg), as well as her in laws Cecilia Kekish, Joseph Vollmer, Theresa Ladd, Michael and Marie Vollmer. Predeceased by her parents Frank and Adeline Gollinger, her brother Frank (infancy), her adopted sister Lizzie and her great grandson Kaden. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 at Futher-Franklin Funeral Home, 1172 Henry Street, Wellesley. Funeral service to be held at St James Lutheran Church 4910 Rd 106 Gadshill Ontario. on Thursday, October 18 at 11 am. Pastor Dave Hammer officiating.Reception to follow at the Wellesley Community Centre. Memorial donations to Heart & Stroke Foundation, or St. James Lutheran Church. Cremation has taken place. Nancy will be fondly remembered by family and her many friends for her love of family gatherings and meals, phone calls, watching her grandchildren and great grandchildren play sports, visiting the sick and bargain shopping.
