SCHWARTZ, Matthew Jason-Matthew passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 9, 2018, in his 42nd year, with his family and extended family by his side at his home in New Hamburg. His life was full of Love, Laughter and Happiness but not without some challenges. His love will be sadly missed by his parents Mary Jane and Wayne, his brother Trevor (Holly), his niece Blake and nephews Easton and Logan. He will be sadly missed by his grandmother Irene Erb and many aunts, uncles, cousins and everyone at his home, Aldaview. Predeceased by his grandparents David and Esther Schwartz and Albert Erb. Matthews care was beyond belief at Aldaview, especially in his last days when he was in palliative care. Friends may visit with the family at Wellesley Mennonite Church, 157 David Street, Wellesley on Thursday from 7-9 p.m. and Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the church on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at 11 a.m. Interment Rushes Cemetery. Pastor Kara Carter officiating. Donations to Aldaview Services or Wellesley Mennonite Church would be appreciated.
