RADDATZ, Mabel Margaret-Mabel passed peacefully at Trinity Village Care Centre, Kitchener, surrounded by her loving family, on Sunday, July 13, 2025, in her 94th year. Beloved wife of the late Alfred Amos Raddatz (2002). Loving mother of Roger and his wife Gail Raddatz of Kitchener. Dear grandmother of Adam Raddatz and his wife Jessica Corbett of Bass River, Nova Scotia and Amanda and her husband Clayton Johnston of Kitchener. Great-grandmother of Madisson Wright, Jordan Michaelides and Rita Johnston.
Predeceased by her parents Emory Ruthig and Margaret (nee Patterson) and her brother Wilmer Ruthig.
Mabel was born and raised on the farm in Wilmot Township. Alfred and Mabel married in 1950 in New Hamburg. She worked as a clerk in the Wellesley Post Office, retiring after more than 20 years of service.
Mabel requested that cremation take place. A family graveside service will take place with Alfred at Riverside Cemetery in New Hamburg. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Trinity Village Care Centre, 2727 Kingsway Drive, Kitchener, N2C 1A7 would be appreciated.
