GIBSON, Lynda-Beloved, Child of God. Our Lynda passed away in the morning of Tuesday, November 15th, 2022, at 1:58am. Surrounded by her loving family at her bedside. Lynda was born in Trinidad on October 14th, 1942.Lynda was a woman who spoke few words. However, get her talking and she had hours of dialogue. Conversations which entailed: stories, history, laughter, and always knowledge. Our hearts are filled with sorrow, but we were blessed to have called you: mommy, grandma, sister, Aunty and friend. The life we all knew will never be the same without you. This is not Goodbye but till we meet again…Loved by many and hated by none you were the Gem of our lives. Sunrise: October 14, 1942 - Sunset: November 15, 2022, Survived by: Daughters' Denise Hamilton and Judy Gibson. Grandchildren: Sean, Jahvon, Travis, Cherise, Jeniel and Dejehan. Great Grandchildren: Jordyn, Milan, Calin, Elijah, and Avah. Preceded by: Charles Gibson (father) Lillian Gibson (mother) Sonny (brother), Sybil (sister), Elaine (sister),Cynthia (sister) and survived by: Sylvia (sister), David (brother), Gentle (brother), Doretta (sister), Alston (brother) and Carlton (brother). Several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. You are already missed and shall never be forgotten. We love you without end. Visitation will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 701 Stone Church Road E., Hamilton on Wednesday, November 23, 2022, from 11:30 A.M. till time of funeral service in the church at 1 p.m. Interment to follow at Mount Hamilton Cemetery. Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
