SCHOU, Kurt Emmanuel- Passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday, January 21, 2015 in his 89th year with family at his side. Kurt was born on February 10, 1926 in Aarhus, Denmark. A soccer prodigy and veteran of the Royal Danish Navy, Kurt left for Kitchener in 1956 to build a better life for his family. He is predeceased by his beloved wife Irma (1915-1997). He is survived by his daughters Nita (Dan), Pia, Bente, and Birgit; grandchildren Susanne, Diane (John), Greg (Gissela), Sheri (Blake), Alexander, and Cora; and great-grandchildren Jonathan, Julian, Jared, Ryan, Adriana, and Ethan. Cremation has taken place and there will be a private interment for immediate family at Memory Gardens in Breslau, Ontario.
