HARTUNG, Keith E.-Surrounded by family at the Stratford General Hospital on Thursday, April 18, 2024, from complications due to cancer, Keith, formerly of Wellesley at the age of 65 years. Beloved husband of Theresa (nee Knarr). Loving father of James (Matthew), Daniel (Lindsey), and dear grandfather of Lucas. Keith will be missed by his buddy Boe, sisters and brothers; Rose Edwards, Valerie (Doug Fink), Paul Hartung (Lynn), Dale Hartung (Deb), sisters and brothers-in law; Rose Robinson (Doug), Clayt Knarr (Giselle), Kathy Hofstetter (Doug) as well as many nieces, nephews, and numerous friends. Keith is predeceased by his parents; Nile Hartung and Frances Faulhafer.

Keith was a loving husband, father and grandfather and was well known to be a handyman, having a quick wit and sense of humour. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He worked for Erb Transport for 44 years up until the time of his death. Keith loved his pets and could always be found with one at his side.

It was Keith's wish for cremation to take place and a Celebration of Life to be held at his home. On Sunday, May 19, 2024, friends, and family are invited to gather at 946087 Township Road 14, RR#1 Bright from 1-4 p.m. If desired, donations to the KW Humane Society would be appreciated by the family.
