KUEPFER, Jolene-It is with heavy hearts and a profound sadness that we share the news of the passing of our beloved Jolene Kuepfer, age 29. She left us on Tuesday, January 16, 2024, after fighting a brave and courageous battle with anorexia. Born on January 29, 1994, she was a bright light in the lives of all who knew her. A compassionate soul with an infectious smile, Jolene dedicated her life to spreading joy and kindness to everyone she encountered. A graduate of the Fanshawe College Social Service program, she brought grace and passion to a career in helping others. Jolene leaves behind her grieving family, including her parents John and Miriam Kuepfer, her sisters, Megan Watson, partner Josh Weber and beloved nephew, Felix Brubacher, and Jessica Cullen and husband Mark Cullen. In lieu of flowers, we kindly ask for donations to begin a foundation in Jolene's memory, dedicated to realizing her lifelong dream of establishing an Equine Therapy Foundation for mental health by e-transferring
jolenesdream10@gmail.com
or to support the Eating Disorders Program at UHN, where she received four years of support and treatment. Please visit UHNfoundation.ca/tribute or call 416-603-5300. Let us turn our grief into positive action and work towards a world where no one has to face such challenges alone. There will be a visitation at Faith Mennonite Church on Saturday, February 3, 2024, from 2-4 pm & 6-8 pm at 1533 Chalmers Forest Rd. Wellesley. There will be a private Celebration of Life to follow. Let us remember Jolene for her courage and kindness and may her memory continue to inspire us to live with the same compassion and joy that she brought to our lives.
