It is with great sadness that the family of Jody Anne Elizabeth Hardy announce her passing at the age of 62. After a short battle with cancer, she passed peacefully in the arms of her loved ones and in the comfort of her own home on Tuesday, October 12 2021. Beloved wife of Frank of 43 years, loved mom to her pride and joy, Jamieson Eric (Jessica) and Teri Anne. Cherished sister to Kandice Ciok (Tom), Paula Tiveron (Dave) and Cindy Adair. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Jody was born June 24 1959 in Cooksville Ontario. Daughter of the late Joseph and Helen (Allin) Jackson. Jody grew up and lived in Campbellville until moving to Wellesley with her husband, where they have resided for the last 33 years happily. Jody was always so full of life. She enjoyed many hobbies: from painting with her water colors, building beautiful pieces with stained glass, to outstanding works of art with her needlepoint. She had many talents and if she wasn't working on one of them, you would find her outside working in her gardens. She loved animals and nature and everything in between. One of her favorite places to go was Algonquin Park with her daughter Teri. She savored every moment and hoped to go back one day. Jody was truly a caring individual, opening her door to anyone in need. She enjoyed long conversations around the kitchen table with those who stopped by, searching for a lively chat.

Arrangements for cremation have already taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held on June 25th, 2022.
