HETMANEK, Jerry Joe-It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jerry on Saturday, September 7, 2019 at the Listowel Memorial Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer over the past several years. Much loved husband and soul mate of Joan (Nicholls). Missed by his brother James and his wife Penny, nephew Frank and niece Tiffany. Predeceased by his parents Frank and Mary and his loved daughter Deborah Lynn. Jerry enjoyed playing cards, golfing, sailing and shuffleboard and was active until his illness set in. We would like to thank the doctors, nurses, social worker Jodi and all the staff for the kindness and compassion during Jerry's time in the hospital. He will be missed by all who knew him.
