STECKLEY, Jefferson Karl "Jeff"-It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Jefferson Karl Steckley on the evening of Tuesday, February 14, 2023, at the age of 33 years. He will be greatly missed by his parents Karl and Kathryn Steckley, his siblings Laura, Jon, and Lisa, his brother-in law Alistair, his grandparents Lorne and Mary Steckley, nephew Lorne and by his many friends, relatives and acquaintances who all loved and cherished him immensely. Jeff was a beautiful soul, had a kind heart, a humble disposition, fantastic sense of humor and an incredibly creative, intelligent and innovative mind. He had a love for life, people, nature, skate boarding, most of all a dedication to Jesus who he served faithfully. His life was a gift to everyone around him and we are incredibly grateful to have had the privilege of spending precious time with him. He was taken from us too soon and will be missed so much. May he rest in peace now with God and the angels. Jeff will remain forever in our hearts.
Friends may call at the FUTHER-FRANKLIN FUNERAL HOME, 1172 Henry Street Wellesley, on Friday from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held at Crosshill Mennonite Church, 2537 Hutchison Road, Crosshill on Saturday, February 25, 2023, at 11 a.m. Cremation will follow.
