DIEBOLT, James Louis-Peacefully, with family by his side, on Monday, May 20, 2013 in his 87th year. Beloved husband of the late Kitty van der Burg. Loving father of Brenda (Jim Goodwin), Daniel (Elizabeth), Christopher (Carla), Nancy (Richard Steinman), Cynthia (David Futher), Sandra (Darrell Erb), Lisa (Gery Hendel), step-daughters; Christine van der Burg and Corrine van der Burg. Dear grandfather of 18 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Will be sadly missed by his sister; Sister Mary Grace Diebolt, and special sisters in-law and brother in-law; Monica Diebolt, Donna Diebolt, Phil and Laraine Schmidt as well as many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his first wife; Wilma (nee Schmidt), his parents; Emil and Rose (nee Freiburger), his brothers and sisters; Reuben, Andrew (Olive), Helen (Murray McKay), Edna (Howard Weber), Victor, and Angela Perras. James was a W.W.II veteran who served with the Royal Canadian Navy.
