FORREST, Hugh-Peacefully at Ritz Lutheran Villa, Mitchell, on Friday, February 3, 2017. Hugh, formerly of Wellesley Township in his 88th year. Beloved husband of Edith (nee Lupton). Loving father of Grace Oesch (Ivan), Irene Lantz (Lorne), Alex Forrest and Murray Forrest (Lynne). Dear grandfather of 20 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren. He will sadly missed by his step brother; Wilf Barnett (Mary Jane), step sister Betsy Gradwell (William), sisters and brother-in law; Agnes Quast, Annabell Thomson, Beatrice Chafee (Bob), Jessie Hahn (Sheldon), Phyllis Wilhelm, Ron Lupton (Sandy), Bonnie Lupton, as well as many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents William Forrest and Helen Chalmers and a sister in infancy and brother-in law Fraser Lupton. Friends may call at the FUTHER-FRANKLIN FUNERAL HOME, 1172 Henry Street, Wellesley on Monday 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held at Burns Presbyterian Church, 66 Main Street N., Milverton on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. Reverend Marc Fraser officiating.
