KOEHLER, Henry A.-February 29, 1936 – March 5, 2016- Passed away peacefully at his home in Wellesley, with his family by his side, on Saturday, March 5, 2016, at the age of 80. Beloved husband of Geraldine (nee Yenssen) Koehler the love of his life. They would have been married for 55 years on September 2, 2016. Proud dad of Bruce (Marsha) Koehler, Dave (Mary) Koehler, Linda (Sean) Koehler-Gardiner. Cherished grandpa/papa of Meredith, Daniel (Kathrine Stoeckli), Maxine and MegAnne Koehler, Carla and Candice Hagedorn. Great-grandpa of Mila Koehler-Stoeckli. He will be missed by many nieces and nephews, his brother Norman and Barbara Koehler. He was a brother-in-law to Arlen Seip, Inge Schmidt, Donald and Helen Yenssen, Merlyn Schott, Brenda Yenssen and Bill Yenssen. Predeceased by his parents Norman Koehler and Leah (nee Berg), Karl and Margaret Koehler, Edwin and Hilda Dunn, Ella Seip, Earl Schmidt and Harley Schott. Henry farmed all his life with Geraldine on Berlett's Corner. He will be greatly missed by his dog Lucky. Family and friends are invited on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at FUTHER-FRANKLIN FUNERAL HOME, 1172 Henry St., Wellesley. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at 2:00 pm. at St. Mark's Lutheran Church 1123 Henry St., Wellesley. Pastor David Hammer officiating.
