YANTZI, Grace Ann-Of Wellesley at the age of 53, Grace passed away peacefully at Grand River Hospital surrounded by loved ones on Monday, December 9, 2013 following a one and a half year journey through Myelodysplastic Syndrome, stem cell transplant and acute myeloid leukemia. Born on April 26, 1960, she was a faithful member of Maple View Mennonite Church and worked for over 30 years at Sunlife Financial in Waterloo. Remembered by her brothers and sisters Duane and Anne Yantzi of Kitchener, Ross and Debbie Yantzi of Cambridge, Janet and Gerald Weber of Goldstone, Pauline Yantzi of Wellesley and Donna and James Jantzi of Topping. Cherished Aunt Gracie to Rachel and James Yantzi, Krista, Travis, Staci and Alecia Weber, Kyle and Kurtis Jantzi. Predeceased by her parents Hubert Yantzi (1997) and Dorothy (nee Erb) (2008), sister in-law Connie Yantzi (1996) and a brother in infancy (1965). Also remembered by a wide circle of friends, whom she enjoyed spending time with. They were a great support and encouragement to her during her illness. Friends may visit with the family at Maple View Mennonite Church, 5074 Deborah Glaister Line, Wellesley, on Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. and on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the church on Friday, December 13, 2013 at 1 p.m. Interment to follow in the church cemetery.
