RYAN, Gerald Michael-On Saturday, October 3, 2015, surrounded by his daughters Beverley and Stephanie. Gerald Ryan, formerly of Macton in his 95th year. Beloved husband of the late Shirley (nee Hoffman-1999). He will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by his brothers and sisters; Nellie (late Wilfred Hanley), Gertrude (late Bob Day), Joseph, Marguerite (late Simon Brenner). Gerald was born and raised on the family farm in Macton and continued farming there until his retirement. He also was a 40 year employee of Uniroyal in Kitchener till he retired in 1980. Friends may call at the Futher-Franklin Funeral Home, 1172 Henry Street, Wellesley, on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral services to St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, 1043 Isabella Street, Linwood for Funeral Mass on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at 12 p.m. Interment to follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Macton.
