HOSEA, George Murray-Surrounded by his family on Wednesday, February 21, 2024. George of Wellesley at the age of 77 years. Beloved husband of Irene (nee Jantzi). Loving father of Wendy Hosea and Cindy Bester (Andrew Long). Dear grandpa of Kaitlyn, Nickolas and Erin. He will be sadly missed by his brother Bill Hosea (Shirley) and predeceased by his brother Ray Wagner. He will also be missed by many brothers and sisters in-law, numerous nieces and nephews. He will be missed by his 4 legged daughter, Abby. George liked to keep busy in retirement. Always helping others, spending time with his grandchildren, working at the Wellesley Car Wash and serving in his church, St. Mark's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Wellesley. At George's request, cremation will take place and a gathering of family, and friends will take place at a later date. If desired, donations to St. Mark's Lutheran Church or Hospice Waterloo Region in George's memory would be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to Futher-Franklin Funeral Home, Wellesley.
