Donald William Jordan
1960 – 2024
It is with profound sadness, the family announces the passing of Donald (Don) Jordan, peacefully at his home on Monday, February 26, 2024. He was the beloved husband of Doreen (Rettinger) Jordan. Loving father of Kyle Jordan and Chad Jordan (Meredith). Cherished grandfather of Domanic Jordan, Connor Jordan and Alexis Jordan. Dear son of William Jordan (Barb) and Wilma Jordan (Cam Waddell-deceased). Survived by his siblings Murray Jordan (Denise), Karen Gingrich (Earl), Sandra Jordan (Shawn), Brian Jordan and Brenda Jordan. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Born in Kitchener, he was a longtime resident in the communities of St. Clements and Linwood. Don enjoyed spending time with family and had a special bond with many canine companions. He was the successful owner of Regional Welding Supplies and enjoyed visits and chats with his many customers throughout Southern Ontario. He was always supportive of his family, had a kind heart and was always willing to lend a helping hand. His generous spirit will be greatly missed. Cremation has taken place. A memorial visitation with the family will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2024, from 2-4 p.m. at the Futher-Franklin Funeral Home, 1172 Henry Street, Wellesley. If desired, donations in memory of Don may be made to the K-W Humane Society.
