STROH, Albert V. Passed peacefully into the loving arms of Jesus on Saturday, September 17, 2022, at Nithview Community, New Hamburg at the age of 91 years. Loving husband of the late Violet (Norman) in 2018 after 65 years of marriage. Lovingly remembered by his children Tom, Jim (Donna), Chris Masters, Cathy Jardine (Jed), Ted, Dean Schmidt (Tiffani), Linda Stroh (Jim). Will be sadly missed by his grandchildren Krista Gawne (Josh), Matt, Trevor and Maureen Masters (Cliff), Carla Sluser (Rod), Ben Jardine, Tyler Schmidt, Dilan Maxwell and great-grandfather of Teagan, Kaelyn and Mackenzie Gawne, Connor and Colin Sluser. Survived by his sister Norma Bauman and brothers-in-law Ken Salzman and Richard Norman. Predeceased by his parents Emil Stroh and Tina Merlau, brothers Harry (Eileen), Mervin (Beatrice), sister Marie Stroh and brother-in-law Robert Bauman. Albert was born, raised and farmed in Wellesley for most of his life. Friends may call at the FUTHER-FRANKLIN FUNERAL HOME, 1172 Henry Street Wellesley, on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at Waterloo Pentecostal Assembly, 395 King Street N., Waterloo on Wednesday, September 21, 2022, at 11 a.m. Pastor Sharon Lavender officiating. Following the service and fellowship, interment will take place at St. Mark's Cemetery, 3847 Nafziger Road, Wellesley at 4 p.m. Special thanks to all the staff at Parkwood and Nithview Homes for your love and care.
